Technical Process

From batching to inspection

  1. 1BatchingAlloy raw materials are measured and prepared for the selected formulation.
  2. 2FormingSteel strip is formed into a tubular sheath on the tubular-wire line.
  3. 3FillingAlloy core material is metered into the forming strip to fill the tubular wire.
  4. 4DrawingThe filled tube is closed and drawn down to finished diameter.
  5. 5InspectionFinished wire is inspected before spooling and packaging for shipment.
