Who we are
Shanghai Smair Specialty Alloy Materials Co., Ltd., trading as SMILE, was founded in August 2010. The company manufactures hardfacing materials including flux-cored wires, alloy powders, rods, electrodes and castings for metallurgy, mining, cement, power, steel and machinery applications.
Production takes place at a 2,000 m\u00B2 site with one workshop and four tubular-wire lines — one automated and three custom — with a stated capacity of 300 tons per month (13 tons per day).
The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for production of flux-cored welding wire, valid through 2028-07-23.
