Process
From batching to inspection
Batching
Alloy raw materials are measured and prepared for the selected formulation.
Forming
Steel strip is formed into a tubular sheath on the tubular-wire line.
Filling
Alloy core material is metered into the forming strip to fill the tubular wire.
Drawing
The filled tube is closed and drawn down to finished diameter.
Inspection
Finished wire is inspected before spooling and packaging for shipment.
